Progressive Casualty Insurance
Innovation Enablement Principle: July 2021 - Present
• Consulted as a Design Thinking thought leader on various business challenges with all sorts of leaders across the entire enterprise utilizing empathy interviews and ideation sessions to support strategies and build business value.
• Built internal marketing materials like website, branding assets, and presentations to showcase the value of Innovation efforts at progressive and get investment for more.
MOFI Consultancy
Designer / Experience Disruptor: Mar. 2019 - Sep. 2020
• Collaborated on service concepts for new Walmart Health & Wellness Clinics and Walmart Pharmacies through prototyping and user testing with their internal healthcare providers.
• Designed and constructed immersive stage sets used for educating senior leadership on their consumers’ daily lives.
Advisory Trail
Design Strategist: January. 2019 - Present
• Developed company branding, marketing materials, logos, and website.
• Researched for and developed the flag ship platform from early low fidelity prototyping to concept prep for developer hand off.
• Pitched and presented the platform successfully to multiple fortune 100 companies across America.

• Brought industry and academia together by posing real world challenges from various organizations to be explored by students in the Junior Design Thinking Studio course.
bambü Healthcare
Lead Designer: Feb. 2019 - Present
• Co-lead an internal exploration team that created solutions for various challenges in health and wellbeing, including sleep, social equity, food access and new form education using human centered design.
• Supported the design and development of company branding, new marketing materials, logos and iconographic, and the company’s first website.
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts
Designer & Design Researcher: Aug. 2017 - Feb. 2019
• Oversaw and participated in over 30 design sprints with internal and external partners.
• Implemented an internal incubator called “CODE”, which was used to explore unconventional ideas and seemingly insurmountable challenges.
• Facilitated over 50 sessions that taught the design thinking process to internal and external professionals.
• Created and delivered an invitation to former First Lady, Michelle Obama for the grand opening of the company’s first innovation center.
Boston Design Thinking Meetup
Co-Owner: June 2020 - Present
• Facilitated and hosted open events to the public every month helping people, organizations, and students practice design thinking around interesting topics.
• Enabled and provided an environment that allowed a community of over 3,000 members with varying backgrounds to gather insights and test new ideas.
IDEO COLAB
